Donations

  • All donations to Unity Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • If you believe a donation was made in error or you have concerns about a transaction, please contact us within 14 days of the donation at [Contact Email]. We will review your request and respond promptly.

 

Program Fees (If Applicable)

  • If any program or event fees are collected, refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Contact Email] at least 7 days prior to the program or event start date.

  • Refunds for program fees will be issued at the discretion of Unity Foundation and may be subject to administrative fees.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the program or event has begun, except in cases of program cancellation by Unity Foundation.

Merchandise Sales (If Applicable)

  • If you purchase merchandise from Unity Foundation, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

  • To request a merchandise refund or exchange, contact us at office@unity-foundation.com with your order details.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
